A LITTLE ABOUT ME
Senior Loan Processor Natasja Timmerman is a mortgage loan processor with Infinity Mortgage. She helps mortgage brokers, loan officers and real estate agents by preparing all the necessary paperwork to get a mortgage loan approved. She has over four years of experience in the mortgage loan industry.
Natasja’s responsibilities include compiling and organizing important paperwork from borrowers and identifying any red flags that may threaten the loan before submitting it to the underwriter for approval.
Before being promoted to the loan processor position, Natasja worked as an Executive Assistant for the company. But she had such a knack for numbers and uncanny attention to detail that she believed she could handle the job and was quickly promoted.
She considers customer care her most vital skill and leverages that ability to excel in every aspect of her job.
Natasja strongly believes in transparency. She says being open and honest with people is the best form of communication, in her opinion. She values efficiency and wants to increase her loan production by processing applications faster and more smoothly. Natasja is diligent about using her time wisely to help bring in more loans and close as many of them as possible for her loan officers.
Despite her strong commitment to her career, Natasja is not all work and no play. She’s married and has a daughter and a pet dog. She finds time to visit her family in Sweden annually. She enjoys being outdoors, having game nights with friends, and taking family vacations.
Natasja Timmerman was born in South Jordan, Utah, but raised in Sweden, and she’s proud that she can speak her native Swedish language fluently. She graduated from Bingham high school in 2014 and plans to study psychology in college soon.
